A digital panoramic x-ray provides a full view of the upper and lower jaw, teeth, TMJ and sinuses.

It clearly shows the position of teeth and other intrabony abnormalities such as cysts, tumors and impaction of teeth. The panoramic x-ray will help to enhance diagnosis for optimal dental health.

Panoramic films differ from the others in that they are entirely extra-oral, which means that the film remains outside of the mouth.
